  • Service cancellation within 7 days of initial purchase (new subscribers only)

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Used transcription credits (partially or fully consumed)
  • Subscription renewals after the 7-day initial period
  • Change of mind or no longer needing the service
  • User error or misunderstanding of service features

4. Refund Process

  • Order/transaction ID
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Any relevant supporting documentation

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and returned to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
